Dehydrated skin is a condition caused by external factors like seasonal changes, unhealthy diet, lifestyle choices, alcohol and caffeine consumption as well as smoking. All these factors deplete your skin’s water content resulting in a less supple appearance. Dehydration means lack of water not oil so even oily skin can be dehydrated. Dehydration is a temporary skin condition that can be treated.
